Sylvia's Design Studio does not sell/release lists of former customers. International Orders and Shipping
International orders are accepted and payment must be made in US Dollars via Paypal. Please email Sylvia's Design Studio first to review policies and shipping requirements. All duties and taxes on international purchases are the responsibility of the purchaser.
US Shipping
Sylvia's Design Studio ships via Priority Mail, and UPS. Insurance is optional and is available. Refunds on lost items are not issued unless the buyer purchased insurance for the lost item and until any claim has been paid on the item by the shipper.
Governing Law, Jurisdiction, Venue And Service Of Process
Any dispute arising out of or relating in any way to the content or use of this SITE shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Any action or proceeding arising out of or relating in any way to the content or use of this SITE may be brought in the courts of the State of California, and each person using this SITE consents to the jurisdiction of such courts, and of the appropriate appellate courts, in any such action or proceeding and waves any objection to venue laid therein.
