Q: Does Sylvia's Design Studio ship internationally?
A: Definitely! We ship to destinations worldwide. Whether you are in Tokyo, Paris, Shanghai, or Toronto, Sylvia's Design Studio will ship to you. Shipping fees are determined by weight and value of item so if you'd like an overseas quote, let us know which item interests you and we'll give you a prompt quote. Customs fees, duty and other third party fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, as the seller has no control over the customs duties imposed by the various countries.
Q: I received an item from Sylvia's Design Studio. The item purchased was a large size but the item received was a medium. What should I do?
A: If an item is received by you that is the wrong size or color or an incorrect item was shipped by Sylvia's Design Studio, please notify us immediately by email. Such contact should be made within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise. Sylvia's Design Studio will immediately make arrangements for the return of the wrongly shipped merchandise. The item will be immediately replaced with the correct item. In such cases where the intended purchase is no longer available, Sylvia's Design Studio will immediately refund the cost of the item plus all shipping costs to the buyer.
Q: How quickly can I get my order?
A: Most orders are shipped within 8-10 days, so your shipment should be received in 12-14 days depending on what part of the country you live. If you have special needs please feel free to e-mail us. We are happy to help with anything we can do.

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
A: Yes, we offer both. We are happy to exchange merchandise or issue you a refund for the cost of the merchandise. Unfortunately we can not refund the shipping cost. If you want to exchange merchandise because you ordered the wrong size, you need to send a check along with the returned merchandise for shipment back to you.
